Anything can be done if you have enough time and money, BUT.
You are looking for more trouble than its worth on that swap there.
First of all, the trans bell housing is different from 4 to 6 cyl, AND the clutch would be under capacity behind the 6, so if you swap engine, trans goes with it.
Next, if I recall correctly, the 4cyl is a TBI (throttle body injection) and the 6 is EFI, so you will need the 6cyl onboard computer and harness. Now you're into major change-over.
If the bottom line is that you would like more power. My advice is trade the car. If your 4 banger is shot. Price out a rebuild and check into some power upgrades.
I suspect this is not the answer you hoped for, but such is life on these newer cars.
The days of the old chevy pull out the 6 and drop in the 454 are over
