2001 Hyundai Tiburon Trouble finding reverse

My Tiburon is difficult to shift into reverse. The clutch was recently changed and it initially seemed to go into reverse with a little effort, but recently is is getting worse. Is there any adjustment to make it shift into reverse easier? Or is a part wearing out? All the other gears shift fine.

When was the last time your transmission fluids were changed, with the metal shavings and debris cleared out?
