2000 Hyundai Tiburon AC Belt

How do I install a new AC belt. The alternator belt is in the way and I can't seem to budge the the thing even after loosening the bolts. What am I missing?

Loosen bolt A then B then screw adjustment bolt to loosen. See A/C diagram
