So I have a push start, my vehicle was stolen without the keys in the vehicle so I guess the anti theft kicked in. But now my car will not start with the key fob in the vehicle. How can I fix this?

If it was stolen, the thieves must have damaged the anti-theft system. You need access to a factory level scan tool in order to access the anti-theft system and see which parts are working and which are not. Then you will likely need to have all of the fobs erased from the system and reprogrammed in to make it work.
