2004 Hyundai Sonata high revving slow movement

I,ve checked the clutch and its good. When I shift from 2nd to 3rd the rev counter goes up the car doesn't go faster, then the rev counter goes down and the car regains power. What can it be???

Pretty sure clutch disc is slipping
