2000 Hyundai Sonata 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi, We have a 2000 s onata and the fuel guage is not reading properly. After a fill the gauge only reached 3/4. What can we do to find the problem??

Hi:
Chances are the reostat on the float leveler is bad. The only problem is it is part of the fuel pump and in the fuel tank.
