2000 Hyundai Sonata

Power windows are not working. Checked alll fuses,they're ok. Pretty sure its the panel, can i do the work myself?

Well replacing this yourself depends on you mechanical skills. You must be honest with yourself here. If you can read a book and follow instructiions then I say go for it. I would recomend that you get yourself a chilton or haynes repair manual for the pics and such. Let me know how it goes.
