Dear Sir
My car hyundai sonata 1999 the Idael RPM of the engine is some time 3000 some time 2500 some time 1800 and some time it is 900 it is never constant
pls. suggest

Get a repair manual and clean/test the idle speed control actuator and mass airflow and throttle position sensor.
