1992 Hyundai Sonata my Hyundai idling low on drive, fuel p

Hi, my question is, when I put it on drive it idles low it seems like it wants to shut off. When I put on reverse it sometimes shuts off. But when its on nutral it seem running well, I am wondering if my fuel pump is going?
when I drive on high speed is good the minute I go to o on stop it idles lower qnd feels like run raugh and wants to shut off but if I press gas it goes. I am thinking fuel pump since the plugs are good. Help, should I replace?

No, I dont think the fuel pump is the problem. Although, the fuel filter could be clogged, I would go ahead and change the filter. But you will also need to take a look at the idle air control valve, this is what keeps your car running when your foot is off the pedal. And a good throttlebody cleaning, you should be ready to go after that
