shut car off after accident, seeking reset switch location to restart engine...../

Your car doesn't have a fuel cutoff switch, the fuel pump is controlled by the fuel injection relay.
start testing... go to the relay and see if it is clicking on when key is cycled. then need to see if the white/black wire at the fuel pump is getting power with key on

Use a fuel pressure tester to see if you are getting the proper fuel pressure.
