Hi, the check engine light, ten days ago started on and in a few seconds turn off, but now the light is on and the motor stop alone, but if you press the gas pedal then the car don’t stop, do you know what can be the problem, thanks in advance Juan

It sounds like a bad throttle position sensor. However, to make sure, you need to have the computer scanned to identify what has caused the light to come on.

Check it out and let me know what you find. Many parts stores will scan them for free.
