2005 Hyundai Santro Two Wheel Drive Manual

Having a starting problem in car.Mostly car will not start.I have checked up the battery of the car and found it in good condition.But if we go on igniting on a particular moment car will be started.what could be the problem?

Check the fuel pressure if its within specifications
