Transmission problem
2005 Hyundai Santa Fe 6 cyl Automatic 94,000 miles

the bolt at the base of the wiper blade arm is stripped. In bad weather it will throw off the other blade and I have to keep stopping to tighted the bolt. How can I replace it? I was told it wold be a trasmission relpacement because the bolt is attached to transmission.

Is it the bolt that is stripped or the threaded section that the arm slides over?
