2005 Hyundai Santa Fe Turn signal fuse

I replaced the 10amp turn signal fuse and it keeps blowing. Not sure what is causing this. Have had the this car4 years bought it in Vegas with 21 miles on it.

Does it blow as soon as you put it in, or does it take turning the signals on for it to blow? If it does, does it blow on either direction or just one?
