2005 Hyundai Santa Fe mushy pedal

brake pedal goes to floor. pads are good. no brake fluid leaks. has new master cylinder. bleed brakes and has good pedal for 50 to 60 miles, then goes to floor braking. continual air in right front brake line. have replaced right front caliper. held pedal to floor this time to bleed and bled each wheel and master cylinder. any suggestions?
