I turned on the heater blower, heard funny noises like a piece of paper in a fan, and then nothing. It now seems to send some heat in but is silent. I am afraid it is frozen and if I use it I could burn up a motor or cause some kind of damage. I did complain a year a go that the fan did not seem to be working as well as it did when it was new. The service people convinced me it was fine. The week that my warrenty ended this developed. Is it something I can fix?

What is a usual donation amount?

Any amount will do-Okay when you turn the blower switch on do you hear the blower or some sort of a humming noise in that particular area. It could be binding/jammed within the housing. Try banging on the motor see if it'll come on.
