2003 Hyundai Santa Fe 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic
Driver's wiper blade was frozen to the windshield and the wipers were turned on. The passenger side wiper worked but the driver's side doesn't even move. Is the a gear or part that can be replaced? How can this be fixed?
