2003 Hyundai Santa Fe 4 cyl Automatic 60000 miles

While driving the car, the engine jumps/stalls. I had the spark plugs changed, and this seemed to help the problem when I am driving, but now it especially does this when I come to a stop. Also, when I turn the air conditioner on it makes it worse.

It may be that the base idle is to low, have this checked out first.
