my wipers just stopped working today. when i turn them on, i can hear the engine whirring, but no movement with the wipers. is this a fuse issue? if so, where is the fuse located? thank you

Hi:
If you hear the motor running, the linkage must have come off the motor. You will need to remove the cowl at the bottom of the windshield to access the linkage.
