tensioner pulley bolts breaking off every 60-80 miles.broke off 3 times replaced 2 times with dealer bolt once with hardend bolt,broke all 3 .all parts are o.e. dealer parts - at a loss.

Hi there, i would be checking that the thread in the block is not damaged causing the bolt to work loose and snap under tension, if it looks ok and the bolt is not a sloppy fit, i would try using a thread lock and see it this stops the braking.
