Soft clutch/Hard to shift

2001 Hyundai Elantra-138,000 miles
All of a sudden the clutch is super easy to push to the floor and I cant get it into any gear very easily at all. When moving it is a little easier to shift. What has gone bad and how andwhere to replace.

For a start try bleeding the clutch slave/servo/clutch release cylinder. And check clutch master cylinder level.
