Good day. I have a few questions so I thought I'd do them all in one shot:
How do I replace the interior door handle driver's side? Does the whole door panel need to be removed to do so?

Why do my locks behave in a strange way? When I turn the key the interior knob does not respond or it responds but immediately returns to the locked position.
and lastly...
Willl a broken drivers side interior door handle cause my vehicle to not pass inspection?

Have you tried changing the fuel filter @ the carb?
If you drive really, really easy will it get up to 40=50mph?
Does it make a hissing sound while driving?
