I have a Hyundai amica, but the petrol gage is broken on it, how would I go about fixing this problem?

I would be grateful for any replies!

Thanks
Sarah

Hi:
Chances are the sending unit in the fuel tank is bad. TO check it, you need to have the tank removed, remove the assembly from the tank and check for output from the float.
