My radiator is full, coolant is full, my radiatior is not circulating, is this a sign that my thermostat is not opening?

Hi there,

It is a fair bet that the thermostat is stuck, with the engine warm, feel the lower portion of the radiator, if it is cool to the touch the thermostat will be stuck closed, fit a new thermostat and back flush the radiator.
