odometer-82000, automatic, past repair history: replace head in 2003 and normal up keep i.e. tires oil fluids air filter brakes. I noticed that my head light was out( passanger side). I replaced it with a new bulb( 9003). High beam works, no low beam. Replaced with another bulb, same. Can you tell me where to go next. Thank you for your time. This has been a good car to the family. Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!

p.s. also checked fuses they are good.

Believe it or not! you have 2 healight fuses, 1 for right and 1 for left! Check the fuses! If OK in the car check near the battery for the outside box...
