2006 Hyundai Accent mileage: 15,000,1493cc. The brake warning lamp flashes from time to time especially when I accelerate. There is no apparent leakage.I suspect the brake oil level which is between maximum and minimum. If it is the case, do I have to add a bit of oil? If so, what kind of brake oil does the Hyundai company use(Dot 3 or Dot 4)?Finally, can't it be the brake pads ?

Get it fill to the max. with the correct type brake fluid -you sure that lite is not being caused by the emergency brake switch not adjusted properly
