I have a 99 tib (manual) with about 64,000 miles on it. A week ago I had to replace the front right tire and since then, my steering wheel shakes when I get to 60+mph. It seems to shake every 30 seconds or so (it doesnt shake continously) and I don't notice it when Im not on the freeway. I thought it might be the tire pressure, but that seems to be ok. Any ideas? Also, Hyundai suggests to replace the timing belt after 60,000miles...could that be it?

First always replace tires in sets (both front or both rear). sounds like it could be a balance issue . No the timing belt wont do that but it is something that should not be neglected or ignored
