Engine Performance problem
2008 Other Hyundai Models 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 5000km miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
car is under warrenty and run smooth on road.but during intial start or 2nd start after removing from shed ,it refuse to start without accelerator pressed ,even hard to start with accelerator pressed .Car 1086 cc and petrol engine MPFI

little early to have problems witha vehicle, it may be a IAC module problem, or TPS error. but it could also be something much worse, take it in and have it fixed with the lowest miles possible.

Thanks for your early reply .As suggested by you, the Idle speed actuactor was found malfunctoning.it was cleaned as it was found cabon (black power )deposit on it . Please intimate is it normal or any problem persists .The starting problem is solved and not noticed after the servicing is done.

check for a bad air filter, or a leaking air intake hose, maybe plugged catalytic convertor.

very low miles for that to be soot from a rich engine.
