2003 Other Hyundai Models braking rocker bolts

hi i have a hyudai h100, which i drive.this truck keeps breaking the bolts holding down the rocker shaft and the rockers within 10000km. it onced broke the timing belts several times until it broke rocker arms and its hubs, i replaced the shaft,the hubs and the all rocker arms.after this it broke rocker 4 rocker arms and stripped the threads of the hubs. and now it breaks the hubs bolts. help me what is the real cause of this problem.

Hi there,

I feel that at some stage this head has been warped due to over heating, if it was not straightened before re machining his can cause your problem.
