2002 Other Hyundai Models heater

my heater does not seem to be working properly. In order to get heat i have to turn up the heat to 78 and put the fan on high . even when the fan is turned all the way up the heat does not seem to be coming out real strong. I am also having the same problem with my air conditioner

Is the engine running at a normal operating temp? WIth the engine hot, running, and the heat on, do both heater core hoses get hot?
