Hi there,
If the fuel is spilling out the filler, you may have a problem with the fuel tank breather, the fuel tank is vented to atmosphere via a charcoal filter and if this is faulty or the line in blocked this type of problem may occur, as for the other issue, tune inc fuel filter, and the fuel tank issue may also be part to blame.
