1991 Other Hyundai Models 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Hello
My problem is I just put a new ALT and Battery in the car and now it won't go from 2nd gear to drive.
The odd and vervy odd time it will. Now I'm stuck and not sure what happened.

If the problem occurred after replacing the battery, chances are the computer needs to be reset. Have the car looked at at a Hyundai dealer for this type of service.
