1999 Hyundai Lantra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1999 Hyundai Lantra is making a Rattling noise upon acceleration, along with having trouble building up speed, especially up hill it looses power.

What is this?

From memory it was the Catalytic Converter/Exhaust problem.

It may be breaking down on the inside causing a blockage or its come loose.
