1996 Hyundai Lantra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

HIYA,my lantra has been a good car for 11 years BUT this year im having a few problems I have trouble starting my car first i got another starter motor then i got a alternator then i got a new battery but now its not charging the battery i put new terminal heads on the last thing i done was check to see if power was going to battery and thats ok but battery is still flat acn you help me please

Have the battery and alternator load tested.
