1992 Hyundai Lantra 4 cyl 230000 miles

I have air in the return line. The car runs hesitantly in 4th gear. Mechanic has done several checks and replaced fuel pump and checked lines. Replaced injectors.Still not fixed.

Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking, fuel filter or defective fuel pump.

Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.

Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
