1998 Hyundai Excel 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

When at idle the car revs at 2000rpm - nothing seems to alter it.

Check and test the Idle Speed Control Actuator and also,the throttle plate if they are binding.To include vaccum leaks.
