1997 Hyundai Excel Brake lights

Hi, I have a 1997 Hyundai Excel and the brake lights won't turn off even when the car is turned off. I've checked the fuse but when I put the fuse back it switchs back on. Any ideas. Cheers.

Try adjusting the brake switch if the brake lights continues to come on replace the switch
