1993 Hyundai Excel Two Wheel Drive Automatic 155000 miles

my engine turns but won't start. sometimes it's about to go, you feel the engine shaking but won't start. I've changed the spark plugs, still not starting

You will need to check k injection pulse, fuel pressure and do a scan to check for any unresolved fault codes, start here.
