UNDER THE 5YR WARRANTY STATEMENT IT SAID THAT BRAKE PADS ARE NOT COVERED
BUT WHAT ABOUT THE ROTORS?

Rotors are not warranty items. They are actually expected to be wore down over time and use and will need to be replaces when they no longer meet minimum thickness. Lately I have found it easier and nearly as cheap to just replace them rather than have them cut.
