I have a 1999 Hyundai Elantra, 4 cyl, Front Wheel Drive, Automatic. The problem is at night when the head lights are on and driving on the road. The lights are running at steady beam and the engine is running fine until the lights start diming and the engine dies down just a little. Then it goes back to normal again. It does it a lot around town, but not on the Highway. Not sure what the issue.
