What is the best technique for removing frozen brake rotors? I have an acetylene torch, but I am afraid that the excessive heat will damage the wheel bearings. Thank You

Remove the brake disc from hub using M8 screw if the brake disc has been seized with the hub to corrosion or overheat. .
