2006 Hyundai Elantra Car Tuneup Query

My car has completed 58000 miles and I was told by the dealer for Car tuneup. What parts are covered under car tune up for Hyundai elantra? I already did an oil change where oil filter, gasket oil plug and filter assy engine were changed. Please let me know if I am missing any tune up activity here..... I believe that spark plug, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor. Can I do it at home myself?
