For a while now I have noiced a whinning coming from the front drivers side. It's almost like the sound some snow tires make, that you can hear inside the car. At first I thought it was my left tire so I had the tires rotated but the noice is still there. The faster I go the louder it gets. I have had the car into the shop where they checked out the wheel and brakes. They took the car for a test drive and heard the noise but couldn't find the source. This noise seemed to appear right after an automatic starter, with a kill switch, was installed. I doubt it has anything to do with that, but the timing was perfect.

IF you vere left or vere right does the pitch change or stop? IF so you have a wheel bearing going bad. This can be diagnosed while the car is in the air and the wheels are moving. A stethescope will expose the bad one.
