Electrical problem
2003 Hyundai Elantra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Only down switch works on passenger side power window operating from drivers side or passenger side. I disconnected passenger window motor leads and reversed leads and windoe went up. About a year ago I had a dealer work on a similar problem and they replaced a broken in the door conduit which moves when you open and close the door. I know about about continunity testing but can't where the nearest connector to the flexing wires. I can see a white plastic under the rubber seal which I assume id a male female connector but can't seem to get it apart. Need help.

Before going to that trouble, check for power from the switch first. If you are getting power, then there could be a wiring problem. If no power, then the switch (driver's side) could be the problem.
