what tools are needed and how do i change the half shafts?

Hi there,

You will need basic hand tools, but the problem will be undoing the end nut on the drive shaft, as this is extremely tight, and often 3/4 drive impact equipment is required to undo this not, apart form this, you have to remove the wheel tie rod end, ball joint and lower strut mount so you can swing the strut off the shaft spline, then the shaft can be removed from the transmission, it is held in place with a C clip so it will have to be carefully levered out, you will also loose trans fluid so have a drain tray ready.
