when i drive there is a chain like noice coming from my front tire? it comes and goes.

When i go to the right it make the noise more, i know i need an alligment but would like to know if this is from my breaks?

would i have a sensor to let me know when the pads are going...I don't feel anything that makes me think they are going or need to be replaced???
