2003 Hyundai Elantra Blinker

The blinker on the front drivers side it out. I tried to replace it and I see how to change to headlight bulbs but the blinker seems difficlut. I did not see any screws to loosen and I was not able to just pull the blinker bulb out. What is the process to change the blinker bulb?

I believe the 03 signal is part of the head light assembly. Is that correct?
