2002 Hyundai Elantra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a hyundai elantra. And i was having a jumping problem with my car. Like it was struggling to take off. I took it in and it was my plugs and wires. I got them changed and it ran like new. Well a month or two has gone by and it is doing it again. Why is my spark plugs going out so much?

Plugs can go bad for a few reasons. They can oil foul, receive too much gas, carbon foul... If you remove one of the plugs, can you describe what it looks like? Is the bottom black like oil, carboned, white...
