2002 Hyundai Elantra rough idle

After it warms up it starts to idle very rough. Been getting worse. Engine code: Cylinder 3 misfire. Replaced plugs and wires. got fuel filter, how do I get to the pump/filter access? what else could be problem?

Check compression and fuel injector on #3 cylinder.
