I have a 2001 Hyundai Elantra. Sometimes the windshiels wipers will be very slow and may even stop partway through the wiping cycle but sometimes they work fine. Other times the power windows will act very slowly but other times they work fine. It seems like when the windows are working well the wipers are slow and when the wipers work well the windows are slow. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
